Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage
- Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents

Skills:
- Proficient in operating CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Possess a valid First Aid certificate and CPR training
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations
- Experience in law enforcement or military is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
